CUNEF Universidad hosts an event to celebrate the 10th anniversary of “Your Finances, Your Future”

Last Wednesday, 29 May, the Auditorium of CUNEF Universidad hosted an event to celebrate the 10^th anniversary of “Your Finances, Your Future”, the financial literacy programme implemented by Fundación AEB (the foundation of the Spanish Banking Association) and Junior Achievement Spain. The event, which focused on the importance of financial education for young people, was attended by leaders of the banking, public and education sectors. The closing speech was delivered by Carlos Cuerpo, Minister of Economy, Trade and Business.

“Your Finances, Your Future” aims to promote financial education among students pursuing Compulsory Secondary Education in schools across Spain. More than 70,000 students have benefited from this initiative since it was launched in 2014. CUNEF Universidad students collaborate as volunteers in the programme.
