Duca, Eric

Eric Duca is an Associate Professor of Finance at CUNEF. His research focuses mainly on empirical corporate finance. Before completing his PhD at the Rotterdam School of Management, he worked for three years as an economist at the Central Bank of Malta. He joined CUNEF as an Assistant Professor in 2011, where he became an Associate Professor in 2017. His work has been published in journals such as Financial Management, The Journal of Corporate Finance, and The Journal of Banking and Finance, and presented at several international conferences, such as the Financial Management Association and the World Finance Conference. He has obtained research funding from public bodies including FUNCAS and The Spanish Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness. He is accredited by ANECA as Profesor Contratado Doctor and Profesor de Universidad Privada.
