Khaoula Akdim (Google Scholar; ORCID 0000-0002-5699-795X) holds a PhD from Universidad de Zaragoza (Spain), for which she was awarded an international mention with an Outstanding Cum Laude, the highest grade. Her research focuses on technologies based on Artificial Intelligence and their impact on consumer behaviour, service marketing and management. Professor Akdim has published in high-impact international journals including Psychology & Marketing, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, or Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, among others. She has presented papers at national and international conferences on marketing and new technologies, where she won the best paper award in different categories.
Regarding her previous academic experience, Professor Akdim collaborated in teaching tasks for different courses in the area of Marketing and Market Research at Universidad de Zaragoza, and gave various talks and conferences in national master’s programmes.
