BIO
Before joining CUNEF, Andrés Delgado Casteleiro worked as an Associate Professor at Universidad Autónoma de Chile, a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Procedural Law (Luxembourg) and a Lecturer at Durham Law School (United Kingdom), where he also co-directed its European Law Institute. He also held visiting positions at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France), the Universiteit Utrecht (Netherlands) and Universidad Pontificia de Comillas-ICADE (Madrid). He has supervised a doctoral thesis and offered guidance to PhD and LLM students.
Andrés publishes regularly on topics related to international and European public law. His publications include “The International Responsibility of the European Union: From Competence to Normative Control” (Cambridge University Press, 2016), which has been reviewed by European Journal of International Law, Common Market Law Review, European Law Review and Revista Española de Derecho Comunitario Europeo.
