BIO

Pablo González Mazón is Professor and Postdoctoral Researcher of mathematics at CUNEF Universidad. His research interests focus on algebraic geometry, especially birational geometry and tensors, effective algebra, and computer-aided design. Prior to joining CUNEF, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Università di Trento, working in the Algebraic Geometry and TensorDec teams, with Professor Elisa Postinghel. He was also a Fellow at the Italian Network for Applied and Birational Algebraic Geometry (INABAG). Before that, he was a Ph.D. student at Université Côte d'Azur, in the AROMATH research team, under the supervision of Professor Laurent Busé. He was a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Fellow, within the EU-funded GRAPES Project. He holds two Bachelor's degrees, in Mathematics and Physics, from Universidad de Cantabria, and an M2 in Mathematics from Université Gustave Eiffel, where he studied as a Labex Bézout Fellow.
