Reeju Guha is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Management at CUNEF. He holds a PhD in Business Administration from IE University, Spain. His research focuses on empirical operations, specifically in the field of retail operations, online platforms, and the gig economy. Currently, his research is under revision in FT50 journals such as Management Science, and MSOM. He has also published a teaching case in the Asian Case Research Journal. Reeju has presented his research in international conferences such as INFORMS, MSOM, POMS, COER, EuROMA, and IEOM, where he has won awards for two of his papers. 

Regarding teaching experience, Reeju has taught courses in Quantitative Methods, Operations and Supply Chain Management, and Research Methods at the doctorate, masters, and undergraduate levels, respectively. Prior to joining academia, Reeju worked in as a management consultant in a major consulting firm, and as a manufacturing executive in an FMCG conglomerate.
