BIO
Andrea García de Enterría joined the Corps of Legal Advisors of the Spanish General Courts in 2019. She has over five years of experience giving counsel to various bodies of the Congress of Deputies (the Plenary, the Boureau and the Board of Spokespersons) on issues related to Public Law, as well as to the competent Committee for Energy & Environment issues, and to the one dealing with Gender, Equality and Violence matters.
She has provided legal advisory services to the Central Electoral Board during the 2019 and 2023 local elections in Spain and has published various articles in scientific journals.
Andrea is graduated in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Complutense in Madrid and she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. program in Law, Government and Public Policy at the Universidad Autónoma in Madrid.
