Martin Hagen is an Assistant Professor (on tenure track) in the Department of Economics. He joined CUNEF in 2020 after obtaining a PhD in Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. His research focuses on microeconomic theory and, more specifically, on mechanism design. He has various projects that apply game theory to asylum policy in the European Union. His research articles have been published in international journals, such as Journal of Economic Theory, Journal of Public Economics and Games and Economic Behavior.
