The UN-backed Principles for Responsible Management Education initiative has chosen CUNEF Universidad to participate in the 2023 PRME Champions Programme. Throughout this year, 47 higher education institutions will lead a series of actions meant to serve as a role model of how to incorporate SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) into teaching and research.

The participants chosen to join the 2023 PRME Champions Programme are prestigious universities and business schools from all over the world, such as the International Institute for Management Development (Switzerland), the Stockholm School of Economics (Sweden), Copenhagen Business School (Denmark), Nova School of Business and Economics (Portugal) or Audencia Business School (France).

About PRME

In August 2020, CUNEF Universidad became a signatory of the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME), a UN-backed initiative that has already been signed by over 800 universities and business schools worldwide.

PRME has established six principles to ensure that academic institutions provide future leaders with the skills they need to balance economic and sustainability goals, while drawing attention to the Sustainable Development Goals and aligning its members with the work of the UN Global Compact.

By joining this initiative, CUNEF Universidad strengthens its commitment to sustainability and the implementation of SDGs across the university community, as well as on a national and international level.
