New CUNEF Universidad Campus

CUNEF Universidad has signed an agreement with Merlin Properties to build its new Campus in Madrid, located in the Churruca Complex, in the district of Ciudad Universitaria. The Campus, designed by the prestigious architect Kevin Roche, will have a surface area of ​​17,841 m2.

The new facilities are expected to be operational by academic year 2022-2023. The campus will be large, well connected, with comfortable and accessible classrooms and spaces that combine the highest standards in technology and sustainability. The site will be fully equipped with solar panels to provide energy for self-consumption.

With this new campus, CUNEF Universidad moves its seat to the heart of the university district of Madrid, thus confirming its commitment to top-notch higher education and reinforcing Madrid’s reputation as a benchmark in terms of university activities.
