Welcome Day for Graduate Students

CUNEF Universidad recently held a Welcome Day for students enrolled in the following Graduate Programmes:

• Master in Data Science
• Master in Access to the Legal Profession
• Master in Banking Law and Financial Markets & Institutions
• Double Master in Legal Practice and Financial Law
• Master in Financial Markets and Institutions

The Welcome Day was held at the Pirineos Campus, in compliance with all the necessary health measures, and involved the participation of Prof. Leticia Santos Vijande, Director of the Graduate and International Business School, and Prof . Luis Díaz Marcos, Business Development Manager: Online Training, Ongoing Training and University-Specific Degrees, as well as of Prof. José María Sarabia, Director of the Master in Data Science, Prof. Guillermo Velasco, Coordinating Professor of the Master in Access to the Legal Profession and the Master in Banking Law and Financial Markets & Institutions, and Prof. Alfredo Jiménez, Coordinating Professor of the Master in Financial Markets and Institutions.

During the ceremony, our graduate students had the chance to learn more about the relevance of the academic stage that they are about to begin, as well as academic regulations, the calendar for academic year 2021-2022, the Organisation and Contingency Plan, and all the prevention and action measures implemented against COVID-19, in compliance with the guidelines issued by the Department of Health of the Community of Madrid.

The members of faculty in charge of the different Graduate Programmes at CUNEF Universidad described the general characteristics and procedures of each programme. Subsequently, classes commenced.
