Dr Kremena Slavova is an Assistant Professor of Management at CUNEF. Prior to joining CUNEF, she was a Senior Lecturer at Middlesex University (UK) and a Research Associate at University College London (UK). She holds a PhD in Business Administration and Quantitative Methods from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (Spain). She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
Her research interests include innovation management and technology strategies. Her current research agenda focuses on different knowledge transfer mechanisms and their impact on firms’ innovative performance. Her current research projects focus on economic recovery via scientist mobility, corporate innovation strategies in the Life Sciences industry, and open innovation. Dr Slavova has published her research in academic journals such as Organization Science, Research Policy, and British Journal of Management.
