Professor Tzini has a PhD in Business Studies from IE University, Spain. She gained international academic and business experience working in Greece, Spain, and Costa Rica. Her research and teaching interests lie at the intersection of behavioural decision-making and ethics, organisational behaviour, and sustainable human resource management. She is currently Lead Researcher in two Spanish projects related on and sustainability.
Her work has been presented at international conferences and published in prestigious academic journals such as Human Resource Management (FT50), Journal of Business Ethics (FT50), Journal of Behavioral Decision Making.
She has taught international audiences in Undergraduate, Master, MBA, and Executive Education courses.
Before entering academia, she worked in the financial sector, gaining a comprehensive vision of business practices and workplace challenges in a wide range of industries.
